We especially like to work with first time homebuyers and sellers because they are eager to learn and want to be fully informed about the entire transaction. The problem has always been a lack of resources to learn ahead of time what to expect and what to ask.

We developed the short video approach to teaching anyone the buying and selling process.

We are two active real estate agents who have over 50 combined years of real estate experience. William teaches from the broker level and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Development. Shelly has been a multi-million dollar agent for over 20 years and is also a licensed General Lines insurance agent. We have worked with movie stars, professional athletes, Grammy award winning artists, and people who want to move and some that have to move. None of them knew what to expect in the buying process until we supplied them with our in-house binder of what to expect. It was a hit from day one and it made our job a lot easier. Working with buyers and sellers that know what to expect makes all the difference in the world when decisions have to be made. We have a great method to teach this material, and are so glad that buyers and sellers now have these resources that can be used anywhere in the country, 24/7.
