Physical Products

Physical products may include composition books, puzzles, wall art, gifts, party essentials, money holders, personalized products, and other items available in the AlaniCreates shop.

Processing times may vary depending on the product and whether customization is required. Any estimated processing or shipping information provided with the product should be reviewed before ordering.

Please make sure your name, personalization details, shipping address, and other order information are correct before submitting your order.

AlaniCreates is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.

Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom creations are made specifically for you, so please provide all requested information as accurately as possible when placing your order.

This includes names, dates, colors, wording, photographs, themes, sizes, and any other personalization details.

If a design proof is provided, please review it carefully. Your approval confirms that spelling, names, dates, colors, placement, and other design details are correct.

Once a custom design has been approved or production has started, changes may not be possible.

Because personalized products are created specifically for the customer, custom and personalized orders are generally non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or AlaniCreates made an error.

Customer-Provided Photos & Images

When submitting photographs, logos, artwork, or other materials for a custom order, you confirm that you have permission to use those materials for the requested product.

For the best results, please submit clear, high-quality images.

AlaniCreates is not responsible for poor print or design quality caused by low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or otherwise unsuitable customer-provided images.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped when purchasing an item identified as a digital download.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once they have been accessed or downloaded, digital purchases are generally non-refundable.

Please carefully review the product description and requirements before purchasing.

AI Guides, Prompts & Educational Resources

AI resources, prompt guides, tutorials, templates, and educational materials sold by AlaniCreates are intended to help customers learn, create, and improve their creative or business workflows.

Results from AI platforms can vary based on the tool, model, account, settings, updates, prompts, and individual use.

Purchasing an AlaniCreates AI resource does not guarantee specific financial, business, social-media, or content-creation results.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms and policies of any third-party AI platforms or software they choose to use.

Digital Product Usage

Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, purchased digital files and resources may be used for the purposes described in the individual product listing.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, give away, or claim the original AlaniCreates digital file, guide, prompt collection, template, or resource as your own.

Any commercial-use permissions included with a particular product will be explained in that product's description.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because AlaniCreates offers several different types of products, eligibility varies by purchase.

Custom/personalized products: Generally final sale once production begins.

Digital products: Generally final sale once delivered or accessed.

Custom digital designs/services: Generally final sale once the final design has been approved or delivered.

Non-personalized physical products: Contact AlaniCreates if there is a problem with your order so the situation can be reviewed.

If AlaniCreates made an error with your order, please contact me so I can work with you to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your physical product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact AlaniCreates as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Include your:

Order number, name, description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Each situation will be reviewed to determine the appropriate resolution.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact AlaniCreates as soon as possible.

Orders that have already entered production, personalized items that have already been designed or created, and digital products that have already been delivered may not be eligible for cancellation.

Colors & Product Appearance

Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings, printing methods, materials, lighting, and other production factors.

Handmade, customized, or individually produced products may also have minor variations. These small differences are not necessarily considered defects.

Turnaround Times

Processing and turnaround times may vary based on the product, customization requirements, order volume, and time of year.

If you need an item by a specific date, please contact AlaniCreates before ordering to determine whether the requested timeframe can reasonably be accommodated.

Rush service should not be assumed unless specifically confirmed.
