About Me
Hi, my name is Aleesa!
And let start! For me it all started 5 years ago when I went on my first diet, since then I battled disordered eating, experiencing severe bulimia and binge eating, which led to drastic weight loss and the loss of my period for an entire year. My health took a toll, revealing stomach IBS, gastritis, Helicobacter pylori, hyperthyroidism, and hormonal imbalances that affected my everyday life.
My determination to get out of this vicious cycle, stop binging, build a healthy and balanced relationship with food and most of all create a more fulfilled energised life that would allow me to pursue my dreams, lead medown this path.
After years of trials, hospital visits, and investing substantial resources in private healthcare, I've combined my hard-earned knowledge to offer it to those who need it most.
