Terms and Conditions
Buying my products you are in agreement to follow the rules set by me as the creator and violation of set terms and conditions will be frowned upon.
Actions will be taken in regards of violation of agreed terms.
Asset Specific
No False Claiming
- Don't claim the asset as your own and sell it by itself.
No redistributing
- You are not allowed to redistribute any of the assets bought on this page.
File sharing/Ripping/Leaking
- Is STRICLY prohibited. this include all products (including free assets)
Products are non-refundable
- All Sales are final and you can not receive a refund.
Commercial Rights
- You will own commercial rights for the asset sold on this page and on finished models ONLY. but must follow with a proper credit. Examples can be found further down. **
(SOON TM allowed to be used on Free, Nitro and Public models but are asset specific, see each asset to see specific TOS regarding this matter)
The Commercial Rights extends to **selling the asset on complete models, using it on streaming platforms or for other creative platforms. but must always be properly credited.
Give Proper Credit
All assets must be credited when used commercially with name and hyperlink to used product.
Example Credit:

NAME AND LINK BACK TO MY STORE IS REQUIRED.

Violation of rules apply
- Breach or violation of said terms and conditions could lead to legal consequences.
- Unless you have purchased the asset or avatar directly from this store you have violated my ToS.
These rules has been set to keep me as a creator safe but also to keep my store as free and honest as possible. Getting my assets or avatars from another store or trough a friend does only effect me as creator and will cause me to stop producing new quality assets.
Avatar Specific
- No Public Uploads
- Edits for personal use is accepted.
- No re-uploading to another user.
- No Asset mining. This is strictly prohibited and all assets needs to be bought from the original creator.
- Using on other platforms than VrChat is allowed but I can not be held responsible for potential errors and corruptions of files.
- Backup of files for your own safe keeping is encouraged but not for sharing or leaking.

Comissions are not publicly open
To ask about a comission or request a comission contact me trough discord. I will eventually open up Comissions slots in my discord server but these are currently closed.
