I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

My journey has been a path of listening more deeply, moving beyond what I thought I knew, and learning to trust the wisdom that reveals itself from within.

Through meditation, expressive writing, inner exploration, and a conscious relationship with the subtle realms, I walk to remember the truth of all I AM.

I write from the spaces I have walked through myself: the questions, the openings, the shadows, the moments of surrender, and the profound experiences of love and connection that arise when we return to the heart.

Through my writing, meditations, and gatherings, I create spaces for remembering—for coming back into silence within, to hear the whispers of the heart that guide us.
