The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds, returns, or exchanges. All promotional pricing is valid only during the stated timeframe and cannot be applied retroactively.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or contains a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number. We will review your claim and determine if a replacement is necessary. If no replacement is available, we will reimburse you no later than 7 days from the date you contact us with your damage/defect notice. We will use the same payment method as you used for the order to issue reimbursement.
BONUS ITEMS
Bonus items (bookmarks, stickers, magnets, etc.) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. We include them as often as possible, with the variety we have at our disposal.
SHIPPING SCHEDULE & DELIVERY
We ship twice a week via USPS. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you used at checkout.
LOST OR MISSING ORDERS
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. However, we’re happy to assist with tracking details, documentation, and filing a claim where applicable.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
The Angela Roquet Store is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties. These vary by country. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
