Buying an online course is slightly different to buying printables.
Before you decide to buy a course, you have the option to watch a few videos as a preview. That will give you an idea how the whole course is.
However, Payhip wants you to register before you can even do that, so I opened a tester’s account to show you what you need to do.
Imagine, you’re on the landing page of a course that interests you and you wish to watch a preview video. My courses all have a little ad and information for free. The introduction video tells you what you can expect in that course and is always very useful to watch before you buy.
There will be a few more videos to watch for free, which show you how I teach a topic.
So you click on ‘free preview’. If this is the first ever time on Payhip, you need to register and open an account, which is very easy as all you need is your email address and a chosen password, plus your first and surname.
You can then watch the free previews by adding that course to your dashboard.
You can watch now all free videos from that course. Everything else has a black circle with a line in the middle.
If you were to click on one of those you get the following notification: ‘This content is not included in the free preview. Purchase the course to access all of the content.’ That is followed by two buttons. ‘No Thanks’ if you are not interested to buy the course, or ‘Buy Now’ which takes you back to the landing page where you can purchase the course.
My tester account has bought two of my courses and added one for the previews only. That dashboard looks like this:
Whether you buy a course or just add the previews, you will know exactly what you have.
Here is the link to all the courses: https://payhip.com/AngelikasGerman/collection/online-courses
And here are the link to the bundles, worth checking before you buy one of the beginners’ courses: https://payhip.com/b/RmauD
Or the gender & plurals courses: https://payhip.com/b/7WvNr
Or the tenses courses, present, past & future:https://payhip.com/b/7WvNr
If you intend to buy these anyway, buying them as a bundle saves you money.
Then you can enjoy improving your German with whichever courses you have access to. Viel Erfolg!
