Thank you for visiting and shopping at Anime Cactus. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In these cases, orders will be shipped on the next non-weekend or non-holiday business day.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur that are out of our control. Deliveries can be delayed due to failed delivery attempts, the carrier encountered high volume traffic on the way to the delivery, and inclement weather.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Anime Cactus ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Anime Cactus is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Anime Cactus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We are sorry but we currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but we know sometimes it just doesn't work out and that's OK. Should you wish to return the item, you can return most purchased items free of charge by contacting our Customer Services team within 14 days after the date of purchase. We will then send you an email with a return label.

* Please note that items will only be accepted if:

• They are unused, unopened, and in the original packaging
• The condition of the item and packaging is the same as when it left Anime Cactus' headquarters
• Within 14 days of purchasing the item
