I have some thrilling news to share with you today. I was greeted today (22 may 2024) with an exciting announcement when I logged in: Payhip is launching its very own marketplace! This development marks a significant milestone for all of us who use Payhip to sell digital downloads, online courses, coaching, and memberships.
What is Payhip?
For those who may not be familiar, Payhip is an ecommerce platform specifically designed for digital content creators. It empowers us to sell our digital products directly to customers, providing a seamless and efficient way to share our work with the world. Whether you’re an artist selling digital prints, a coach offering online sessions, or an educator creating courses, Payhip is a great go-to platform for managing your digital sales.
The Exciting News
Today, a pop-up window on Payhip revealed that they are about to take our selling experience to the next level. The Payhip marketplace will soon be launched, creating a new and hopefully vibrant space for us to showcase our work. This marketplace is designed to recommend our products to potential customers who might not yet be part of our existing audience. This means more visibility, more engagement, and more sales!

The one step we, as Payhip users, can do for now is to add a category and tags to our products. This will make them ready for the exciting marketplace launch. Simply log in to your Payhip account and follow the prompts to your products tab to enter this information about each product you want to add to the marketplace.

I´m sure the Payhip team is working diligently to finalize the marketplace, and they’ve assured us it will be released shortly.
