..eat any food you want

..call it by any name you want

...choose your way to satisfy your taste

....there is no need to criticise or condemn those who follow a different path

........because we eat to answer a single question ...what to eat to satisfy my hunger?


But...


the huger seat is different ......it may be in body, mind or spirit.

The spiritual hunger is only the same `in all but the other two are entirely different which vary and satisfy with various criteria.


what are the main factors which affect the food we choose


depending on mood..the ease to obtain..our culture and background, time, ignorance or prejudice that tempt us to place convenience before health?


So what is the result ?

malfunction of our digestive system

- you know it is the first symptom of every disease?

-for every human disease which ranges from simple gas trouble to live threatening diseases like cardiovascular or cancer, there has been a link in one way or another to the diet.


So you must recognize the importance of food which nourishes your body, and the dangers of becoming addicted to immediately satisfying foods, refined sugars, chemical additives and over nourishments.
