What is Red Tea

Red is the colour of empowerment passion and love. Same as here we are discussing the tea which has red colour known as Hibiscus tea.

🔹It can be used in three forms it can be asked cold tea or if it is adding milk it can be as milk tea.

 How to prepare

 Hibiscus flower -6

 ginger-1 piece 

 Cinnamon one piece

 Honey

 Lemon juice- half-half lemon lemon

 3 glasses of water

PREPARATION

Remove the petals from the flower, wash well and keep them aside in a bowl. Boil 3 glasses of water with Cinnamon and a piece of Ginger. After boiling pour the water into the bowl keeping the hibiscus. Close and wait for 2 minutes. The colour will change from light red to dark red. Then filter the water and add honey and lemon juice in mild hot.

 

🔹You can use sugar instead of honey and lemon juice in other ways of hibiscus tea.

🔹In the third method take a Hibiscus flower, a cup of water, a piece of clove and cinnamon. It is just like making the tea boil altogether and straining out the drink.


 So let us wind up, Hibiscus is one of the most beautiful and powerful flowers which benefits both internally and externally. It is a famous flower for cosmetic and hair treatment from our ancestors itself. Now it is widely used as Hibiscus tea in the prevention of different types of diseases and digestive and metabolic functions.
