🍇VINICULTURE OF GEORGIA..🍷🍷🍇

🍇 Viniculture... the cultivation of grapevines for winemaking..is as old as the hills in Georgia.

🔖The country’s signature vino – uses the whole grape (skin, stems and all) and is made in an underground clay vessel called a very.

🔖KAKHETI is a true wine region and lies due east of Tbilisi.

🔖Kakheti’s Mediterranean climate provides the ideal conditions for cultivating grapes.

🔖‌Wine was first made and drunk here in the Neolithic period – a tradition that continues to this day, with many Georgian families holding land in Kakheti where they bottle their wine and chacha.

🔖SIGHNAGHI ..is a quiet little town located in the heart of the Kakheti region

🔖Red-roofed Sighnaghi has cobbled streets, cafes ..museums, and a beautiful garden of maple trees and kaki fruit trees.

🔖Kaki fruits are sweet, versatile fruits full of vitamins, minerals, fibre and beneficial plant compounds.
