Culture in a simple statement, is the manner of life of a group of people, indicating the way they do things.
✍A culture is passed on to the next generation by learning, understanding and perceiving the adaptations.
So in that sense, Ayurveda is a culture.
✍But gradually comes a science. Science is the product of culture.
✍In the history of Ayurveda, life science was memorized by Lord Brahma after he educated it to the Ashwini twins and then different sages learned it and followed it.
✍Besides a Science, Ayurveda is a Healthy lifestyle which was followed by ancient sages.
✍So in this #modern #culture how we can #adapt that #ancient sage directions..??
But in the contrary...You know it is most possible in ayurvedic science even if it is an ancient cultural but with scientific evidence
Because in Ayurveda the basic principle itself is customised..based on individual requirement.
