if this happens to you we would recommend reaching out to our Customer Service or reply to the email you received we would need your order number as well if we can confirm that you didn’t receive your order then your order will be eligible for a replacement for no additional charges

can I get a refund?

No you cannot if your item haven’t received we will replace your order with no additional charges or give you store credit

Chargeback or Dispute:

if you file a chargeback or dispute after receiving the item we will do a full investigation and your account may be suspended until the remaining balance is pay off (if your account get suspended your account balance will be wiped from your account or if your account get permanently banned then your email will be marked and track even your account data can be deleted and cannot be accessed on a another account or cannot use email)
