Where is my download link?

Hi! I get this question a lot, so here’s how you find your download link:

1. Double-Check Your Email

First, make sure you typed your email correctly at checkout! Even one small typo (like gnail.con instead of gmail.com) means the download won’t reach you. Super important!!

2. Check Your Inbox AND Spam

Your download link is sent automatically to your email, usually with a big “Download” button. I personally don't send anything, payhip does so you know your purchase is legit. It often appears in Gmail under your Promotions tab or may end up in your Spam/Junk folder. Please ensure you check all folders before reaching out.

3. What If the Page Glitched?

If your screen went white, it kicked you out, or the download didn’t pop up don’t worry! Your download was still sent to the email you entered during checkout. Sometimes we have a bad connection or too many people trying to check out, and the website glitches.

4. Still Need Help?

If you still can’t find it, DM me on TikTok @aprilstudies with your order name and correct email. I’ll make sure it gets sent to the right place ASAP! I am always active on tiktok and will respond if I'm awake (time zone: PST).
