Below you’ll find everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, downloads, refunds, and more.

📦 Shipping & Delivery (Physical Products)

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment.
Shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail (based on weight).
Tracking number provided once shipped.
Please check your address before ordering — I’m not responsible for lost/delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.

💻 Digital Downloads (Instant Delivery)

Digital products (like printables and planner pages) are delivered instantly after purchase via email and your Payhip account.
No physical item is sent for digital purchases.
Be sure to save and back up your files — they’ll always be in your Payhip account for future access.

💰 Refunds & Replacements

Digital products: All sales are final due to instant delivery.
Physical products: Refunds or replacements are only offered if your order arrives damaged or defective.
Contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so I can make it right.

A: You’ll receive an email with a download link right after payment. You can also log into your Payhip account anytime to re-download.

A: Contact me before purchasing to see if I can meet your deadline.

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Digital products are non-refundable. Physical products are only refunded/replaced if damaged or defective — contact me within 7 days with photos.
