Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or incorrect size selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Refunds & Defects

Refunds or replacements are only offered if an item arrives with:

• Clear manufacturing defects.
• Misprints or printing errors.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Original Art Guarantee

Quality and authenticity are our priorities. Most products feature original and exclusive designs created by a real artist. We take pride in the fact that our artwork is produced without the use of AI (Artificial Intelligence), ensuring you receive a unique, human-made piece.

Shipping Information

We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Exclusive Free Delivery is available only for orders within Puerto Rico.

 Please note that shipping rates are subject to change based on the weight of your items or updated carrier rates at the post office.

Shipping Disclaimers & Reshipment

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed once they are in the possession of the postal service.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for the reshipment. You will be required to pay 75% of the original shipping cost to have the item sent out a second time.
