⊱ Strawberry Harvest ⊰

Today we picked strawberries! They were long overdue, so sadly many of them were rotting. These are the ones that we got to in time (as well as 6 unpictured ones that went to the chickens) 💚

⊱ Run Boxes: Nasturtiums, Kale, and Started Seeds ⊰

This is a photo of the boxes at the end of the run. The box in the foreground has nasturtiums and kale, and the box in the back is our seed starting location for all of the veggies for the garden!

Everything is coming in wonderfully, and is looking happy! The chickens like to much the nasturtiums as they grow through the hardware cloth and into the run, too 💚

⊱ Started Seeds ⊰

The seeds I started are a little too happy xD The pumpkins are MASSIVE already, and need to be transplanted as soon as possible.

⊱ Seeded Pepperoncini ⊰

The little pepperoncini are being choked out by the cantaloupe and pumpkins xD

"Father heeelp" levels 😅

⊱ Pumpkin Patch ⊰

Help is on the way though xD The pumpkin patch is started! It's about 1/3 of the way de-grassed, and then I'll be able to transplant those super happy pumpkins xD

⊱ Pepperoncini ⊰

The established pepperoncini is also very happy, and two peppers are ready to harvest! 💚

Arbor Garden Peas

⊱ Peas ⊰

The peas are loving their new home as well!

Zephirine Arbor Garden Rose

⊱ Zephirine Rose ⊰

This Zephirine has little green worms that we are trying to get rid of. You can see the holes in the leaves where they have been monchin'. All of our roses have been sprayed with neem oil, which should kill off any other monchers, but to be safe, we are cutting the affected leaves off.

⊱ Eden Rose ⊰

This Eden rose got a BIG leaf cut. Removing all of the holed leaves was a big undertaking. It had leaves all the way down to the ground that needed to be removed. Sadly, I didn't think about taking a "before" picture until it was too late xD

⊱ Earth Angel Rose ⊰

This Earth Angel rose got the same treatment. Thankfully, it didn't have nearly as big of an infestation as the Eden. Especially thankful since this is Mom's favorite rose xD

All of that combined with the neem should keep these lovely roses happy and healthy!
