Legendary's upcoming live-action Street Fighter movie may have recently lost its directors, but that isn't stopping distributor Sony Pictures from moving ahead with a release date.

With some promising upcoming game adaptations on the second half of the 2025 movie and TV schedule, it looks like the best is yet to come.

The ninth installment in the “Resident Evil” video game franchise, titled “Resident Evil Requiem,” is set to release in February 2026.

Sony Pictures confirmed the official release date for the upcoming live-action Legend of Zelda movie. It will be released March 26, 2027.
