Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your purchase from the Argenta Seta Website during the cancellation period. The cancellation period begins on the date that the contract is formed (when Argenta Seta sends you the Shipment Confirmation when Argenta Seta receives full payment) and continues until the end of 14 days from when you receive the product. This cancellation right applies to sale and non-sale products. Where applicable, if the product has been dispatched to you before you cancelled the purchase, you must return the product to Argenta Seta within 14 days starting on the day after you cancel the order.

If you wish to cancel a purchase you made from the Argenta Seta Website within the 14 day cancellation period mentioned above, you can take advantage of the free return process with valid proof of purchase.

You can cancel your purchase during the 14-day cancellation period mentioned above, with valid proof of purchase, by:

• contacting us using our Contact Form in 'Contact' page
• submitting the type and order number with date of purchase in these Terms and Conditions (and, if you do so, Argenta Seta will confirm receipt by email).
• returning your product to 23 Horton Drive, CV33 8AH, Leamington Spa, UK within 14 days from the day after delivery, in which case your return will be treated as your notice of cancellation.

When you return your products to Argenta Seta, please include your name, email address, order number and order date to help Pandora identify your order quickly.

If you cancel a purchase you made on the Argenta Seta Website during the 14 day cancellation period mentioned above, Argenta Seta will refund to you the full price you paid for the product (including all VAT and/or other taxes). Delivery costs you have paid are not included.

Once Argenta Seta has received and validated your returned product, Argenta Seta will send you an email to confirm the validation.

Any refund will be made, as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days after the day on which Argenta Seta receives the product back from you. If Argenta Seta has not yet received the product back from you but you provide Argenta Seta with sufficient evidence that you have sent the product back to Argenta Seta, Argenta Seta may provide you with a refund within 14 days after the day on which you have provided such evidence unless fraud is suspected. If the product was not dispatched to you, you will be refunded within 14 days after you inform Argenta Seta of your decision to cancel the purchase.
