Self-help has many concepts trending. Some that may be familiar to you are “freethinker”, “manifestation”, or “self-concept”.
These terms are weighty and can even take years to fully comprehend. Fighting to accept these ideas while experiencing your current reality is conflicting.
But what if I told you the most simple explanation for your problems is one you already read and innerstand?
Instead of cramming more books and videos, you can commit to living your desired life now not later. In addition to shutting down the cognitive dissonance that comes with self-help.
Ditching Self-Help
Self-help as a genre can be addicting.
You want to know the “secret”, the missing piece, or what’s wrong with you.
This manhunt is the only thing that’s wrong. Call off the search!
The only place you need to look is within.
Self-help is an ever-growing industry for one important reason. It’s not because people are lost.
Self Philosophy
The people selling courses and books are the ones who define their own self-philosophy. Their desire to share it came after.
They craft these great resources by living inside their desires and shifting old beliefs. Not by checking in with all the other self-help people.
You can create your own philosophy too. You have the authority to govern your own life as you see fit
without a guru’s validation.
Philosophy-a theory or attitude held by a person or organization that acts as a guiding principle for behavior.
No one knows your desired reality and past experiences better than you.
So it makes no sense to hyper-consume all the self-help material possible.
Now is the best time to have faith in your own godly power.
Naruto’s Nindo
Naruto is a manga series that follows a young ninja, Naruto Uzamaki, shunned by his village on the path to becoming the Hokage of it.
If you’re a Naruto fan, you know how to create your own philosophy and commit to changing your life already.
On his first real ninja mission, Naruto gets petrified. In this frozen state, he could’ve lost Sasuke and Sakura. This would be unforgivable.
That fear was his rock bottom and caused him to rethink being a ninja. Let alone becoming Hokage.
He was visibly shaking, thoughts frenzied, and lost all confidence.
It was almost like he never trained a single day in his life.
Naruto was about to give up completely until he decided he needed to live life on his own terms. Eradicating fear from his path to Hokage.
He created his own nindo.
Nindō (忍道, literally meaning: Ninja Way) is a personal rule that each shinobi lives by. It is their way of ninja life, their motto, belief, or “dream”.
“I’m not gonna run away and I never go back on my word, that is my nindō! My ninja way!” ~ Naruto Uzamaki
This self-philosophy carried Naruto through all the missions, training, and battles on his journey.
Your Turn
Naruto was able to create his own philosophy through one thing:
Decision
He decided, right where he stood, that fear was NOT going to run his life anymore.
That declaration gave him the intuitive message of his nindo.
Right now decide, that you ARE getting exactly what you desire no matter what.
What message should a person who achieved that thing live by?
That is your nindo.
But I’ll go first if you’re still unsure.
Years ago, I decided my art ninja way was that I could draw my way to anything I wanted.
My nindo 10x my commitment to drawing and manifested my creativepreneur lifestyle.
Before that decision, I thought only starving artists and a few greats existed. My worldview has 100% changed.
Are you ready to change yours?
Craft your own nindo. Your ninja way.
