Because Artistic Magpie pieces are individually handcrafted, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Artistic Magpie within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs showing the complete item, the affected area, and the original packaging, including the shipping label.

Please retain the item and all packaging materials until your claim has been reviewed, as the shipping carrier may require additional documentation or inspection.

We review each claim individually and will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund for verified problems.

Handcrafted Character

Each piece is individually cast and finished by hand. Slight variations in color, texture, and surface detail are natural characteristics of handcrafted work.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination.
