FAQs

First things first, make sure you followed the instructions given thoroughly. Sometimes people tend to skip over a step on accident.

Second, make sure you're using the right version of Unity. Most of our avatars are made with 2019, however if it contains SPS, you must use 2022.

Third, if you are still experiencing issues, feel free to open a ticket in our server! We will hop in call with you to sort out the problem. We promise we're very chill people.

Open a ticket and send photos of where the clipping is, I'll do my best to get it fixed and update the package as quick as I can.

Clipping does bother me as well, so I'll more than likely get to work on fixing it right away, unless I'm busy.

Please know that I can't fix everything. Sometimes things will clip/stretch no matter what I do.

If it truly bothers you, please feel free to take the project into Blender and try your way of fixing it. If you happen to get it fixed, feel free to let me know how so I know for next time it happens!

We don't just ban for no reason or out of spite. If you are banned, we 100% have a reason, with proof, as to why.

We only ban if we truly do not want that type of behaviour/person in our community.

Being banned from the server means you are also banned from the store. Meaning you cannot purchase any future products, nor can you access any you've previously purchased.

Refunds are not permitted no matter what. We now have shared our TOS with Payhip and Gumroad, so even if you argue with them over it, you will not be granted any refunds or chargebacks.

If you are banned, you are banned for good.

Depending on the severity of the ban from our sever, we do contact other creators [in a creator only server] and send in the report to them. It's then up to them whether they ban you or not from their own servers.

Leakers, rippers, etc. get an automatic ban in most servers, once reported.

We understand wanting the art without supporting the artist, especially if that artist has done something awful and unforgivable.

But it just puts you in a situation that will be difficult to get out of, in this community.

Some creators can be quite forgiving, but it's gotten to the point where we can't trust anyone in this community. Not even other creators.

So please just don't be stupid.
