TERMS OF SERVICE

By purchasing a model from me you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. You may not pull assets individually from my models and use them on personal or commercial projects. My avatars may not be uploaded as public, only private. If you are purchasing the NSFW version of a model, you must be 18+. Minor clipping is to be expected in some cases, I will never sell a model with major issues and I am transparent in my toggle and showcase videos. If you find much bigger issues on my model, please make a ticket in the server and I will address and fix it. My models are intended for use inside of VRChat, if you would like to use it in a different game, you may, however it is your responsibility to check my asset list for that model and ensure they can be used outside of VRChat. You may remove what cannot be and upload from there. You can edit the model you have purchased however you like, but you may not resell the edit. I am also not required to help you if something goes wrong with package if your endeavors with editing go wrong. I currently do not offer uploads. If you are unable to and have a friend or someone who is able, please provide their credentials at checkout of an avatar, or create a ticket in the server to provide said credentials. If you are an asset creator and feel that I have improperly credited you or your asset, or something has changed with your work, please create a ticket in my server! I will always credit the wonderful assets I use.
