Thinking of how much time we have as Glow ticket topics go on and we know that shopping can really cause us stress but how is it that we maintain and go on, and find ways to continue to thrive in the midst of the drama, and the ways that people treat us, and speak to us, as we shop, the way we act in pub's for others to see they love that, so mindful watch your surrounds, people can help but harm in the same breath.
- Shopping can have some thoughts of fun... maybe packing a nice lunch on the trip. Just thinking of how tiring, and not just that but how long those lines can come as we wait all kinds of people in the cows offerings. It's dangerous, we get rowdy and the poor workers will not stand a chance. But being able to avoid this and go to your car with your packed lunches, and that way you can beat the weathered crowd, and give them less lines, with a fuller stomach, and slimmer waist to bat. Win, win. Then you will not have to worry about where your meals are going to come from, taking the stress out of shopping, making you mindful of your shopping. So maybe a nice cool cooler, for safe keeping lunches, will be safer than those malls and their food courts. Mind you who needs another court date to say what you are thinking, in the ideas of what did happen and who did what to whom.
- Have hair done, because you will find yourself in eyes of others. And they will have something to say, and even if you know you are doing well, they will still choose to have something to say so just in case make sure you know your hair needs. And stick to them no matter what anyone says. It's for your own best in their world, and in yours. And yes I love a good hair salon but a way to do hair via home is also a really great way to practice doing your own hair, for those times in between. And be mindful of where you get your hair done, and what is taking place while there. Another thing by 30 years old maybe you should have a person who styles your hair regularly and if they have retired like myself then try to find places that aid in your glow on your own without much help from you, in that sense that they can leech or anything but they really get you. And that may take some time because it's hard to find a good hair dresser, I know and the big one's like Ulta Beauty, is kind of intimidating but it may be worth the drive, and the money. You will not know if you do not try.
- Have a list of what you need rather a blazer, a vest, a hoodie, what you need that is written down will help you, and also when you are aware that people are not using one, then choose to shop with someone who does, and that can mean you may be alone, because of this, but learn that it's better to be alone, then with people who appear to care but secretly only want you to fail. A list will cause you to have to feel like the stress in shopping is out, and there is no drama to it, because you've chosen to shop with intent. More list shopping means less DRAMA, which equates to Mindful shopping: making intentional style choices that aid in your overall well being and up keep of a solid home, thoughts of love, and a place that gives off good evening every night type of energy, no matter what is going on around you. This is so fun, and sweet for sure so ladies make sure to have a list that will aid in the flow of your well being, and wellness.
- A style board of what you want to dress like for your event, or special occasion is really just a tool to make the process easier because we all know that when we are shopping with just a list it seems fun but guess what add a clothing board of the images that aid in your wardrobe choices even better. The clothing board will help you keep you outfits in the alignment of what you want to present at the launch event. So that type of visual aid will make the experience seamless.
P.S. I hope this has helped someone on their journey, if not I am sorry I'll try to write better articles in the future and with some more personal development I am sure things will look up soon. Anyway I did try my best to entertain, inspire, uplift, and educate about this world of ours. Bye, until next time.
