Wellness what does that look like and feel like to women who are successful antruthically? This can be a sense of light, when times are usually dark, which eases any known burdens. We know that light can be a form of therapy, and when we’re honest, truths can be light, yes aiding in our wellness, but when we are told, we hate the teller, so then we are tempted as tellers to remain silent. But when acted upon via our own choices well, we begin to notice that behavior feels horrible to who we are inside sincerely.
Let's look at light therapy as women we know darkness, in our mental states, can't have one without the other, as the greats say. Depression is linked to darkness, and to feel more aligned to antruthic health we lean into light, sun, nature, daytime (Terman 2007). Theres something about being outside, being outdoors, around loved ones, that heals. Taking walks to make sure our human spices can participate in life in an active manner. That sedentary role eventually erodes at the very heart of human life. Maybe walks with cute workout sets, and even cute water bottles, as well as a good active playlist, that hype us up to the point of completion, of those habits and behaviors that prolong our lives.
Running on a treadmill, walking pad for our standard 10,000 daily steps, even while we work in retail, in a park, outdoor track on nice weather days! I’ll tell you all a story I had a cousin share with our family that she was donating an exercise bike. If anyone wanted it to let her know, that way we can set up a time to pick it up. So, I replied hey if you still had the bike, I am willing to come and pick this item up and use it for some movement.
But to our surprise, the bike was already spoken for by another female cousin in our family who at one time talked badly about me weight wise. And now years later I seen her recently and did you all think she was using this bike to her advantage, no. And is this a more successful antruthic way to look at life, probably not! And you know from this I was presented with a certain unique opportunity, to either repay her in the same way she chose to act towards myself or to rise above her unkindness. I chose to rise, even to this day, as a successful antruthic woman, this is what wellness looks and feel like to myself, women who chose to rise.
