Sometimes, the most profound stories aren't the ones we put on paper, but the ones we live in silence.
Today, my pen stayed still, and my keyboard remained silent. Instead of searching for words, I chose to listen. I listened to the rhythm of the wind, the quiet play of light on the wall, and the gentle pace of my own breathing.
We often feel the pressure to always be "productive"—to constantly produce, create, and speak. But as an author, I’ve learned that the soul needs fallow time, just like the earth in winter. Without these moments of stillness, the "scent of the soul" becomes faint, lost in the noise of a rushing world.
If you are feeling tired today, or if you feel like you haven't "achieved" enough, remember this: Growth often happens in the quiet. You don't always have to be the storm; you can be the ground that waits for the rain.
Take a deep breath. Slow down. The world will wait for you.
With peace,
Tibor
