✨ Standard Shipping (U.S. Orders)
We offer standard shipping within the United States.
- Processing Time: 3–5 business days
- Shipping Time: 5–7 business days (depending on your location)
You'll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note: weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
🌍 International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide!
However, international orders may take longer due to customs, carrier delays, and local delivery processes.
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days
- Shipping Time: 10–21 business days (depending on the country)
Customs and import fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
đź§µ Made-to-Order Items
Some of our merchandise—like mugs, totes, and apparel—are made to order with love. Because of that, these items may require additional processing time before shipping.
- Please allow an extra 3–5 business days for these custom items to be produced before they ship out.
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages if it includes both made-to-order items and ready-to-ship items.

🚨 Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet all estimated delivery timelines, we can't control shipping carrier delays, customs holdups, or weather-related disruptions. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
If your order appears lost or hasn’t moved on the tracking for more than 7 business days, reach out to us so we can look into it.
📦 Delivery Service Issues
Please note that once your order has been shipped, responsibility shifts to the delivery carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.). TreasureMalian.com is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the carrier.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience a shipping mishap, reach out to us at hello@treasuremalian.com. While we cannot guarantee a resolution in every case, we’ll do our best to help rectify the situation, including assisting with filing claims or tracking down your package.
