These terms are subject to change at any time.

☆ You must be 18+ to buy my adult models, unless they specifically list that they are SFW.

☆ If you didn't buy these models from my Payhip or Jinxxy (https://jinxxy.com/Axel0Victims).

Then you DO NOT HAVE RIGHTS TO THE AVATAR.

☆ You are NOT ALLOWED to take parts of the assets off my avatars, to make your own avatar, you MUST buy them directly from the creators yourself.

☆ You are allowed to create content using my avatars, please give credit to the creator for the avatar if posted (i.e "Avi by Axel0Victims).

☆ My models are only for vrchat! You can use it for vtubing as long as you ask me and make sure you credit properly!

☆ Do not claim my avatars as yours. You are permitted to edit, but this does not mean you've created the avatar.

☆ You are allowed to edit my models as long as it's still recognizable!

☆ If the avatar is used in a commission- (Unity edits, Blender edits, conversion for vtuber streaming, etc), both parties must own the model.

☆ Do not make a female/male version of the avatars I make. It would make you COPY my original idea, and you will be banned.

☆ Any redistribution or trading will result in a ban.

☆ The checkout information must be entered correctly. If the information is incorrect, the license will be revoked.

☆ No refunds! As this is a digital product, I can not offer refunds. If you get a refund, you will be banned and blacklisted.

If you break my TOS, you will be banned from my store's, blacklisted from my server + shared to my partners, & your access to said avatar(s) will be revoked.
