As a Spiritual Healing Guide, I help worried women emotionally regulate so they can consciously manifest their lives via practical and spiritual methods.

I was once a woman caught in cycles of overwhelm, overwork, trauma, heartbreak, and burnout as a registered nurse.

Through my own healing, I restored safety within my nervous system, sharpened my intuitive and mystical gifts, and learned that I deserved EVERYTHING that I wanted from life..and did not have to over function or perform to receive it.

My work is grounded in:

17 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse, attuned to the body’s signals under stress, trauma, and exhaustion
Nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care
