1. We have the right to refuse service

1. Refunds will NOT be provided unless delivery is unsuccessful

1. Payments are only PAYPAL any other payment methods will be turned down
2. Custom Orders are always kept Private unless the Customer says otherwise
3. We never ask for personal information and if we did it would be entirely CONFIDENTIAL!
4. Payments will always be used as Friends and family goods and services will be declined as we don't get the full payment
