This policy outlines when returns, refunds, or replacements are available, in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about the product prior to ordering, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’re here to make it right.

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item is faulty or defective
• The item is not what you ordered

What to Do

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or fault

Once assessed, we will:

• Offer a replacement, or
• Provide a refund, where appropriate

Refunds (If Approved)

• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or damaged

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.

Exchanges are only available where an item is faulty or damaged.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses
• Delays caused by postal services once the order has been dispatched

Australian Consumer Law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
