Terms of Service and Use

You can use for; Adopts, Commissions, YCH's ect. There is no sale limit
You can use for any personal physical items
You can NOT delete my signature
You can NOT use for sale of any physical items
You can edit it as much as you'd like, any type of alterations is fine however I am not responsible for any edits made.
You can use for gift art and freebies
You can NOT redistribute the base as is anywhere! You will be blacklisted!
You must be over the age of 18 to purchase any R18 bases!

By purchasing the base, the buyer agrees to these terms.

Ownership Transfer: Upon purchase, the character design becomes the buyer’s property, and they may use it as they please.
Commercial Use Restriction: The artwork provided with the character may NOT be used for any commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, advertising, or resale).
Credit: If the artwork is shared online, credit the original artist.
Modification: The buyer is free to edit or commission new artwork of the character, but the original artwork remains subject to the above commercial restriction.
Non-Refundable: All sales are final, and refunds will not be provided once the transaction is complete.
No deleting/hiding the art. If you wish to hide the art please have it as "authorized" only and authorize me so I can access. (Applies to TH only)
You must be over 18 to purchase any R18 adopts

By purchasing or using this avatar, you agree to the following terms:

Commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Do not use this avatar for AI training, machine learning datasets, or NFTs.
Do not upload this avatar as public on VRChat or any other platform.
You may not remove, extract, or reuse any assets from the avatar unless you have independently purchased them from their original creators.

You may use the avatar for personal use only (e.g., private VRChat use, personal videos, etc.).
Streaming or content creation is allowed with visible credit to me

By purchasing or using any of my assets, you agree to the following terms:

Do not redistribute, leak, or share the asset files, even if modified.
