Your baby has reflux… but you still don’t have answers?

I created this guide to help parents understand the most commonly missed causes of reflux, so you can stop guessing and start supporting your baby with clarity.

Have you ever been told to “keep your baby upright for 20 minutes after every feed”? or “raise the head of the crib by a few inches” or “burp every few minutes”? Maybe you’ve even heard “let’s just increase the medication dose”

I’ve heard them all too.. and deep down, we both know these aren’t sustainable solutions.

So I made a guide that is designed to help parents understand infant reflux beyond “it’s normal” or “they’ll grow out of it.”

I’m Patil, a Registered Nurse, mom of one (with another little one on the way!), and I have been in your shoes once. My baby had silent reflux. What followed were endless sleepless nights, countless doctor visits, medication trials, elimination diets, and endless frustration.

Today, I combine my medical background as an RN, with specialized certifications in infant reflux, colic, allergies, and a diploma in nutrition to help families find the root cause behind their baby’s discomfort, not just offer “Band-Aid” advice or temporary fixes. I know firsthand how painful it is to feel helpless, and my mission is to ensure no parent has to go through those months of confusion and guilt like I did.

No baby should be in pain. No parent should feel lost. Healing is possible, and I’m here to help you find it.

Inside this guide, you’ll learn:

  • What reflux actually is and why it happens
  • Reflux symptoms
  • The most common underlying contributors to infant reflux
  • Expert advice on how to treat it depending on the cause
  • and a lot more!
