Terms of Service & Licensing Agreement
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any product from The Graveyard
By purchasing, downloading, receiving, accessing, or otherwise obtaining any product from The Graveyard you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
These Terms exist to protect both you and The Graveyard.

1. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase, receive, access, or use any product distributed by The Graveyard.
By obtaining any product, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Your License
Unless otherwise stated, every purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. All rights remain with The Graveyard.

3. What You're Allowed To Do
You may:
• Upload the avatar to your own VRChat account.
• Customize the avatar for your own personal use.
• Use the avatar on supported platforms for personal, non-commercial use.

4. What You're NOT Allowed To Do
You may not
• Share files with another person.
• Upload the avatar to another person's VRChat account.
• Make the avatar public.
• Redistribute original or edited files.
• Sell, trade, lease, sublicense, gift, or otherwise transfer the files.
• Claim any part of the product as your own work.
• Remove creator credits where applicable.
• Use any part of the product commercially unless written permission has been given by The Graveyard

5. Customizing Your Product
You're welcome to customize your purchase to make it your own.
However, customized versions are still covered by these Terms and may not be shared, sold, redistributed, or uploaded publicly.
Customizing a product does not transfer ownership.

6. Purchase Information
Please provide accurate information when purchasing.
If you're purchasing a gift, you must include:
• Your name
• The recipient's name
You are responsible for ensuring all purchase information is correct before completing your order.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete purchase information may result in your license being terminated without refund.

7. Third-Party Services
Files may only be shared with uploaders, editors, riggers, converters, texture artists, or other third parties after receiving written permission from The Graveyard
Permission only applies to the specific service requested and does not transfer ownership or licensing rights.
Permission is temporary. Once the requested service has been completed, all files obtained from The Graveyard must be permanently deleted by the third party.
You are responsible for anyone you choose to share your files with. If a third party leaks, redistributes, or misuses your files, your license may still be terminated.

8. Refunds
Because all products sold by The Graveyard are digital, all sales are final
Please make sure you've read the product description before purchasing.
Refunds will not be issued because:
• You changed your mind.
• You purchased the wrong product.
• Your PC does not meet the listed requirements.
• You failed to read the product description.
Exceptions will only be made where required by applicable law.

9. Chargebacks
Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute after receiving a product is a violation of these Terms.
Doing so may result in:
• Termination of your license.
• Placement on The Graveyard Blacklist.
• Removal from support servers.
• Restriction from future purchases.

10. Leaks & Piracy
Leaking, redistributing, ripping, or otherwise sharing products from The Graveyard is strictly prohibited.
Anyone found participating in piracy may have their license terminated, be placed on The Graveyard Blacklist and may be reported to the appropriate marketplace.

11. Gifts & Giveaway Products
Gifted avatars and giveaway prizes remain subject to these Terms.
Receiving a product for free does not exempt you from following this agreement.
Gift recipients are subject to the same Terms of Service as the original purchaser and do not receive additional rights or exceptions under this agreement.

12. Commissions
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, commissioned work remains subject to these Terms.
The Graveyard reserves the right to showcase commissioned work in portfolios, promotional material, or social media unless confidentiality has been agreed upon beforehand.

13. Updates & Support
Product updates may be provided at the discretion of The Graveyard . While we strive to keep products up to date, future updates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated on the product page.
Support is available for genuine product issues but does not include:
• Unity tutorials.
• Blender tutorials.
• Third-party assets.
• Issues caused by customer modifications.

14. Breaking These Terms
If you violate these Terms, The Graveyard reserves the right to terminate your license at any time.
This may include:
• Removal from support servers.
• Placement on The Graveyard Blacklist.
• Permanent loss of future updates and support.
• Restriction from future purchases.

15. AI Usage
Products created by The Graveyard may not be used to train, fine-tune, or otherwise contribute to artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without prior written permission.

16. Compatibility & Liability
The Graveyard is not responsible for issues caused by:
• VRChat updates.
• Unity updates.
• Blender updates.
• Third-party assets.
• Customer modifications.
• Lost or deleted files.
• Unsupported Unity versions, VRChat SDK versions, third-party assets, or software that falls outside the versions listed on the product page.

17. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your purchase, files, and accounts secure.
The Graveyard is not responsible for products that are leaked, lost, or accessed due to compromised accounts, shared accounts, or unauthorized access to your devices.

18. Blacklist
Violation of these Terms may result in placement on The Graveyard Blacklist.
Blacklisted individuals may lose access to:
• Future purchases.
• Product updates.
• Customer support.
• Giveaways.
• Community events.
Attempts to bypass a blacklist through alternate accounts, gifts, third-party purchases, or another person's account are strictly prohibited.
The Graveyard reserves the right to refuse service or future sales to anyone found violating these Terms or engaging in behavior that poses a risk to the community or business.
Placement on the blacklist is at the sole discretion of The Graveyard.

19. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time.
It is your responsibility to stay informed of the current version.
Continued use of any product from The Graveyard constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

20. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining sections shall remain in full force and effect.
