END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Becky Street Audio (the "Licensor") for the license(s) to the sound libraries purchased by the Licensee. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Sound Library Pack, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you are not permitted to use the Sound Library Pack.

1.1 The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Sound Library Pack for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the limitations and conditions set forth in this EULA.

2.1 The Licensee may use the sounds, samples, loops, presets, and other audio content included in the Sound Library Pack (collectively referred to as the "Content") in their own musical compositions, productions, and projects.

2.2 The Licensee may modify, manipulate, and process the Content to create new derivative works.

3.1 The Licensee may not resell, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the Content available to third parties, whether as standalone sounds or as part of any other sound library, sample pack, software, or product.

3.2 The Licensee may not use the Content to create libraries, sample packs, sound effects, or similar products for resale or distribution.

3.3 The Licensee may not use the Content in a manner that is defamatory, obscene, or infringing upon any third-party rights.

3.4 The Licensee may not claim ownership of the original Content or any derivative works created using the Content.

4.1 The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Sound Library Pack, including all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant the Licensee any ownership rights to the Sound Library Pack or its Content.

5.1 The Sound Library Pack is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5.2 The Licensor does not warrant that the Sound Library Pack will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any defects will be corrected.

5.3 The Licensee acknowledges that it has reviewed the Sound Library Pack and ensured its compatibility with their system and software.

6.1 The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages or for any loss of business or business profits, business interruption, or any other direct or indirect loss resulting directly or indirectly from the use or inability to use of any of Licensor’s Sounds.

7.1 This EULA is effective until terminated. The Licensee's rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if the Licensee fails to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Sound Library Pack and destroy all copies of the Content which the Licensee has produced.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Sound Library Pack, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this EULA.
