Refund Policy

We take great care in ensuring your order is processed and delivered correctly. As this is a signed, limited-edition pre-order, refunds or exchanges are only available if the book arrives damaged or defective.

If an issue occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at orders@sydneyschoolofprotocol.com.auwith your order details and photographs of the item/packaging.

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

We ship across Australia, New Zealand, and internationally.

Processing Time:

Orders will be dispatched once pre-orders are fulfilled. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order ships.

Shipping Fees:

A flat rate of AUD $10 applies per order (GST-inclusive for Australian orders).

Delivery Times:

• Australia: 2–11 business days (standard shipping)
• New Zealand: 7–14 business days
• International: Varies by location

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or incorrect shipping information.

Terms of Service

By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Pre-Order Agreement: Payment is processed at purchase, and delivery occurs once stock is ready for dispatch.
2. GST: Australian orders include 10% GST on both product and shipping, calculated at checkout.
3. Refunds: Limited to cases of damage, defect, or incorrect shipment (see Refund Policy).
4. Shipping Responsibility: We are not liable for delays outside our control, including postal or customs delays.
