I have a relative simple policy if in 30 days your bag breaks or arrives damaged email me photographic evidence of the damage with in 30 days of purchase. You can choose another bag from my site and I will send it to you free of charge (one time only). Or, I will give you a refund less 25% of purchase price as a re-stocking fee. I do not require the return of the bag once damaged.
