Rights & Editorial Policy for Contributed Works

This policy outlines how copyright, distribution, and submission rights function across all standalone releases and multi-author volumes produced under Beyond.Sachi Editions™.

1. Publisher Ownership & Legal Identification

Beyond.Sachi Editions™ operates as the primary creative imprint of Sachi Marcel Muzamba. All official contracts, permissions, publishing operations, and legal administration of the imprint reside under this ownership.

2. Standalone & Single-Author Works

All standalone books, novelettes, and primary collections authored and published under Beyond.Sachi Editions™ are fully protected under global copyright laws. Full copyright and intellectual property rights belong exclusively to Sachi Marcel Muzamba and any designated co-authors.

3. Grant of Rights for Guest Submissions

When a writer is selected for publication in The Human Heart volumes, guest showcases, or website features, the author grants Beyond.Sachi Editions™ the non-exclusive right to edit, publish, print, and digitally distribute their submitted piece across our official website and within designated print or digital volumes.

4. 100% Copyright Retention

We believe in honoring creator ownership. The author retains 100% of their original copyright at all times. Publishing your work with Beyond.Sachi Editions™ does not surrender your ownership. You remain free to republish, archive, or print your work elsewhere after its initial release with us.

5. Voluntary & Unpaid Standard Submissions

Unless explicitly advertised otherwise for a specific funded call, publication on our website and within our anthology volumes is voluntary and unpaid.

6. Special Funded Releases

If a project or volume includes financial compensation, exact terms, fixed fees, or royalty structures will be explicitly detailed in writing and agreed upon before publication.

7. Authenticity & Originality

All submitted writing must be 100% original work created solely by the submitting author. Work must be free from plagiarism and must not infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or rights of any third party.

8. Human-Only & Zero-AI Policy

We hold a strict human-first creative standard. No AI-generated prose, machine-assisted text, or automated writing tools are permitted under any circumstances. We publish genuine human emotion written by human hands.
