Wedding invitations and other invitations are Made to order. Once the order is placed we will contact you or you can email us your order details so we can receive information like names, place of event, dates. We will email you with the design ordered with your details within 24-48 hours of contact.

Yes, you can Print at your convivence. All greeting and invitations are mainly HD PNG formats however some articles may have a PDF format and PNG when placed order. So you would receive two files when PNG and One PDF.

Video Invitations can take 2-5 days to complete depending on the volume of orders we receive. We would need necessary details like Names, place of event and dates to include in your video invite. We try our best to complete your orders as soon as possible so you can send it to your loved ones.

Unfortunately, Due to the digital nature of the orders we are unable to provide cancellation or refund for the orders placed. All orders placed are same as shown in the displays. In cases where you receive wrong order, please contact us ASAP through email so we can correct it for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide changes to the order placed as the trailer/video invitation is provided while ordering. We encourage customers to place order only once 100% sure.
