? How will I receive my digital files?

As soon as your payment is complete, you'll instantly receive a PDF file via Payhip. That PDF includes a clickable link to access your editable Canva template. Just click the link, and it will open directly in Canva where you can start customizing right away.

? What programs do I need to use the templates?

Most of our designs are made from Canva. You'll just need a free Canva account to customize them unless otherwise stated in the product description.

? Are the Products editable?

Yes! All templates are fully customizable unless noted. You can change text, colors, fonts, images, and more using Canva's editor.

? Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check your order before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue, contact us and we'll help fix it.

? Can I use your designs for my business or clients?

Yes! You may use our templates for your own business or for client work, but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim them as your own.

? Can I request a custom design?

? I lost my download link. Can you resend it?
