Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Be sure to call your local carrier and file a claim, as you will not receive a refund from Curves & More LLC.

Please be sure to understand that due to nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive the wrong and/or a damaged item, we will gladly compensate you and replace it.

For damaged and/or incorrect items, please be sure to reach out and contact us at customerservice@shopwithcurves.com within 24 hours of receiving package. NO EXCEPTIONS
