Your 14-day right to cancel. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital downloads, you lose this right once the download starts, but only if you ticked the checkout box agreeing to immediate supply and confirming you understand you'll lose the right. Your receipt email records your choice. If you haven't downloaded the file, you can still cancel within 14 days after the day you bought it for a full refund: email us with your order number.

Your rights if something is wrong. This doesn't affect your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, won't open in the software we list, or isn't as described, tell us and we'll fix it or send a replacement. If that isn't possible, or we can't do it within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to you, you're entitled to a price reduction, which can be up to a full refund.

How to contact us. Email bootstrap.correspondence@proton.me with your order number and the problem. We aim to reply within 2 working days. If you cancel, we refund you within 14 days of you telling us. For any other refund, we pay it within 14 days of agreeing you're entitled to it. Refunds always go back to your original payment method, free of charge.
