Welcome to the Next-Gen Affiliate Program! This Agreement details the framework, guidelines, and rules for promoting our platform. By applying and being accepted into the program, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined below.
ENROLLMENT & ACCOUNT STATUS
Approval Process:
We carefully review all program applications and reserve the absolute right to accept or reject any applicant for any reason at our sole discretion.
Prohibited Content:
We maintain a strict brand standard and do not partner with sites, accounts, or platforms that promote illegal activities, spam, hateful or discriminatory material, defamatory content, or
adult/explicit media.
Termination Rights:
We look forward to a mutually beneficial, long-term partnership; however, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are violated.
PROMOTING NEXT-GEN (YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES)
Approved Assets Only:
You may only use the specific promotional tracking links, graphics, creatives, and banners provided directly within your official affiliate dashboard. You are not permitted to modify our logosor corporate brand assets without prior written approval.
Traffic Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from placing your tracking links in unsolicited automated emails, comment spam sections, untargeted traffic banner networks, or bidding on our protected brand keywords (e.g., "Next-Gen Digital Services coupons", "Next-Gen toolkits") via paid advertising networks.
Strict Anti-Spam Policy:
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against spam of any kind. Violations will result in immediate account closure and the complete, irreversible forfeiture of all accumulated unpaid balances.
COMMISSION & PAYOUT STRUCTURE
The Commission Split:
You earn a standard 30% commission on the gross sales price of eligible digital products successfully tracked and credited to your unique affiliate link.
From time to time, the Owner may run promotional windows offering increased commission rates up to 50% for specific products, starter periods, or tier achievements. Commissions are calculated excluding taxes, payment processing platform fees, or customer refunds.
Payout Schedule:
Earnings are tracked and updated automatically within your dashboard interface. Payments are systematically cleared and issued monthly via PayPal on or around the 30th of the following calendar month.
Minimum Payout Threshold:
Your account balance must reach a minimum accrued floor of $50.00 to trigger a monthly payout sequence. If your earnings are lower, the entire balance automatically rolls over to the next month until the threshold is met.
Refund Deductions:
In the event that a referred customer requests a valid product refund or initiates a card chargeback, the corresponding commission value will be instantly deducted from your subsequent unpaid balance.
LIFETIME TRACKING & RECURRING INCOME STREAM
Lifetime Recurring Income:
Once a customer is introduced to our platform via your unique tracking link, that customer is locked to your affiliate profile permanently. You earn a recurring commission on both their initial purchase and all future toolkits they buy from our ecosystem, indefinitely.
Permanent Cookie Window:
Once a visitor clicks your unique tracking link, a permanent affiliate cookie is placed on their browser. This tracking cookie does not expire, ensuring you receive credit for that user whenever they decide to buy.
Automated Ecosystem Credit:
Even if a referred customer returns to our site directly via their browser months down the road, our system automatically tracks the sale back to your account, giving you a truly hands-free passive revenue stream.
LEGAL & RELATIONSHIP STATUS
Independent Contractors:
You participate in this program strictly as an independent partner. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, legal partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Next-Gen.
No Income Guarantees:
We make no structural or financial guarantees regarding how much income you will earn. Your individual earning potential depends entirely on your own marketing execution and strategy.
Limitation of Liability:
Next-Gen is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from occasional web platform downtime, tracking pixel glitches, or participation in the promotional program.
Governing Law:
This agreement is governed by, construed, and interpreted strictly under the active laws and legal regulations of the Philippines.
