I’m Dr. Mari Simpson, a leadership development strategist, author, international inspector, speaker, and founder of Built for Capacity. For more than 22 years, I have led and developed people across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, helping organizations strengthen their people, systems, and cultures through periods of growth, change, and improvement.

My work is grounded in a simple belief: leadership is not about doing more yourself; it is about building the capacity of others to lead, perform, and grow. I’m the author of Built for Capacity and host of Fueling Capacity, where I bring together leaders from around the world to explore the experiences, decisions, and lessons that shape how we lead.

Through Built for Capacity, I now work with leaders and organizations through leadership development, consulting, speaking, and strategic initiatives designed to strengthen leadership at every level. My focus is simple: helping people grow their capacity to lead.
