The Art Cafe is an interactive live drawing experience where guests receive custom portraits in 6-7 minutes by an illustrator. The display booth is themed like a cafe and the "art barista" takes the orders of the guests. Perfect for corporate events, weddings, graduation parties, and Brand activations. Only done locally in or around the Atlanta area.

Live illustration is an interactive art experience where guests are drawn in real time (or from on-site photos) during your event. Instead of waiting for a finished piece after the fact, guests get to witness the creative process unfold and leave with a custom portrait made just for them.

Services & Add ons

Art Café Live Drawing Booth (Add on)
A fully immersive, interactive art experience designed to engage your guests and elevate your event atmosphere.
Pricing
- +$100 add-on (in addition to the Live Portrait Artist rate)
- 2-hour minimum booking required for base service
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking
What’s Included
- Fully styled art café-themed booth setup
- Custom portrait menu for guest interaction
- “Toast Coins” for playful tipping and engagement
- Order slips where guests write their name and favorite color
- Optional barista-style attire for the artist upon request
- Live portrait drawing experience performed on-site within the café setting
- 4x6 hand-drawn portraits for each guest in black & white (recommended for efficiency and coverage)
- Each portrait presented in a protective cellophane sleeve
Best for: brand activations, weddings, parties, and events focused on guest experience and ambiance.
Live Portrait Artist (Streamlined Service)
A more efficient, coverage-focused option designed to capture as many guests as possible.
The artist will photograph guests throughout the event and create their portraits from these references, allowing for a smoother flow and increased output.

Pricing
- $125 per hour
- 2-hour minimum booking required
- A 30% deposit is required to secure your date

- Live portrait creation throughout the event
- Guest photos taken on-site as drawing references
- 4x6 hand-drawn portraits for each guest
- Portraits completed in black & white (recommended for faster coverage)
- Each portrait presented in a protective cellophane sleeve
Best for: larger events where maximizing the number of portraits is a priority.
Custom Framed Commission (4x6) (add on)
Honor the guest(s) of the event with a personalized, framed portrait created in advance.
Pricing:
- $40 for a framed portrait (includes one person or pet)
- +$10 for each additional person or pet
