Order Processing

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 3–5 working days after successful payment (excluding weekends and Irish public holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and postal services:

Ireland: approximately 2–4 working days

United Kingdom: approximately 4–6 working days

International orders (Europe, USA & worldwide): approximately 5–10 working days

These timeframes are guidelines only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, customs clearance, seasonal demand, or factors beyond our control.

International Orders, Customs & Taxes

For deliveries outside Ireland, parcels may be inspected by customs authorities and may incur import duties, VAT, or local taxes.

These costs are not included in your order and must be paid by the customer.

Busy Buddies Studio cannot accept responsibility for customs delays, refused deliveries, or additional fees resulting from unpaid charges.

Returned Deliveries

Orders returned to us due to address errors, failure to collect, or unpaid customs charges are not eligible for automatic refunds.

Re-shipping is available once any additional shipping costs have been covered by the customer.

Delivery Issues or Damage

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or does not arrive within a reasonable delivery period, please contact us at

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Due to the nature of our products (printed stationery and custom-prepared items), we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
