MELANIE PERRY is a multi award-winning Filmmaker and Creative Director, who owns Poppy Perry Media. She’s also a Speaker and an awardwinning Radio Broadcaster. 

Melanie specialises in communication and storytelling - especially visual communications. Poppy Perry Media produces stunning graphics, animations and video show reels as well as training individuals and companies how to communicate their marketing messages with precision, ensuring effective and compelling delivery.

JULIE HYDE MEW is an experienced TV Journalist, Producer & Director, and an award-winning Film Director. She’s a Director of the People’s Book Prize, and specialises in video production for social media. 

Julie also tutors actors through learning their lines and understanding their characters’ roles, and is also a hot-shot sub-editor and proofreader! 

Based in the United Kingdom, Melanie and Julie started CR38IVES after facing their own challenges connecting with diverse creative talents for one of their combined projects during the lockdown. Who could introduce them to the right people, and who could they trust professionally? It took them much longer to put a creative team together than it should have done.
