Avatar Terms of Use

• You are allowed to edit the avatar as you like
• Sharing the files with anyone who does not already own the avatar is not allowed
• Uploading my avatars as public is not allowed
• Reselling my avatars in any form or claiming them as your work is not allowed
• Taking parts from my avatars is not allowed

Asset Terms of Use

• You must credit me when using my assets with a link to my store
• My assets are for Personal & Commercial use
• My assets may be used on any kind of avatar, including free/public/nitro
• Reselling my assets by themselves is not allowed, even if edited. They may only be sold as part of a finished avatar
• Sharing the files with anyone who does not already own the asset is not allowed
• When using my assets for a commission, client must own the asset(s), it is not required for the artist to, so long as they delete the asset files after using. It is to ONLY be used for that client who owns it

General Conditions

• Access to my products may be revoked and you may be blocked from purchasing if any terms are violated or if you provide incorrect information during checkout.
• Refunds are only offered if initiated by me. Once the product has been downloaded, refunds are likely not available.
• Please note I will cease to update avatars 2+ years old.
• It is completely prohibited to feed any of my work into AI for any reason.
