Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. We may offer international shipping in the future as we continue to grow.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Some items may ship from different suppliers or locations. Because of this, parts of the same order can occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Will I receive tracking information?
Tracking information is provided when available. In some cases, tracking may update slowly or become active once the package reaches the destination country.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled before processing begins. If you need to make an update, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll review the issue and work toward a resolution.
