Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders directly from our suppliers to keep costs reasonable and offer a wider selection of camping equipment.


What to expect:

  • Delivery times vary by product and destination, but most orders arrive within 7–20 business days
  • Tracking information will be provided when available


Because products may ship from different locations, items in the same order can occasionally arrive separately.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident ordering from Camping Bear Equipment, while also being upfront about how returns work.


Returns may be accepted if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item received is not what was ordered


To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable


If a return is approved, we’ll provide next steps. Refunds are issued once the returned item is received or the issue is confirmed.


Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choices, or normal wear
  • Items must be unused and in original condition when applicable


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins.


Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. We may offer international shipping in the future as we continue to grow.
